Position Summary: As the Senior Manager, Functional Relationship Management (FRM) for our Technical & Production functions you will play a critical role in enabling, integrating and driving our Nestle USA digital transformation. You will lead and partner with Nestle USA (NUSA) business partners in the Technical & Production and Digital Manufacturing functions to foster strong relationships, develop a joint digital strategy and roadmap and shape and own the delivery of the business value in line with the strategy. You will interface with the regional and global IT teams and champion the IT strategy in alignment with NUSA business strategy, to ensure that the IT roadmap and associated product/project portfolio maximizes investment and value realization. You will play an active role in in leading and coaching Project and Product Teams (Program Managers, IT leaders, business analysts, strategic partners ,etc...) through the delivery and transformation to deliver and integrate with business value as the guiding light. Provide and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Requirements
The approximate pay range for this position is $155,000.00 to $190,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
