- Develop and execute a regional strategic account plan aligned with global business objectives.
- Drive profitable sales growth by securing new business and sustaining existing accounts.
- Build deep customer relationships and act as the primary regional contact, delivering best-in-class service.
- Understand customer strategy and collaborate with technical teams to identify and develop growth opportunities.
- Position IFF as a trusted strategic partner by co-creating value propositions that deliver measurable benefits.
- Leverage IFF's capabilities, technologies, and resources across the US and Canada to unlock new opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional and cross-cultural teams through complex, technically challenging projects.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and timely reporting to internal stakeholders.
- Negotiate and manage customer contracts while coordinating with internal teams on delivery, quality, and compliance.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor's degree - preferably Business, Animal Science or another relevant field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+years of successful sales experience, preferably in in micro ingredient or animal nutrition or health related industry
- Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills. Proven success in account planning, sales execution, and business development. Skilled in leveraging data and IT tools to enhance strategic planning, commercial outcomes, and customer engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead and coordinate activities with internal support team and customers across multi-cultural teams
- Knowledgeable of industry trends, companies, technology, and displays passion for animal nutrition and health
- Excellent customer focus and ability to manage complex customer networks; proactive; collaborative; self-motivated and results driven

Compensation ($135,000 - $155,000) is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
