NATURE AND SCOPE
Reports to the Sr Manager, Talent Acquisition. Responsible for providing support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities. This individual will be an expert at background verification, referencing, drug checking, and onboarding. Maintains the accuracy of job descriptions. Facilitates HR compliance activities by analyzing data and maintaining accurate reporting. REQUIREMENTS
1. Must have a Bachelor's degree in related field and one year of human resources experience or the completion of a related internship. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. 2. A proactive and resourceful approach to problem solving while facing shifting priorities. 3. Detail oriented and organized with ability to manage a variety of deliverables in a high volume work environment. 4. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills and the ability to work independently. 5. Ability to develop effective relationships and dedicated to collaboration with hiring managers and candidates. 6. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and possess strong analytical skills. Must have demonstrated ability to function in a variety of programs and systems as part of job responsibilities. 7. Must have the ability to use independent judgment and discretion in various situations while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality. 8. Must have a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to this position. Must understand and comply with job related state and federal laws and regulations. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Facilitates recruitment process, including posting internal and external job postings (web-based, agencies, universities, job boards, and newspapers if applicable). 2. Creates onboarding letters, rejection letters and corresponds with candidates on behalf of the organization. 3. Ensures the accurate and timely completion of all required new associate documentation including background checks and drug screening. Prepares associates for orientation. 4. Sets up new hires systematically. 5. Conduct new associate orientation as needed. 6. Performs other duties as assigned. EEO/Veterans/Disabled |
