Job Description

  • Program Coordination: Organize research, programs, logistics. This includes scheduling, prepare materials, and facilitate communication with participants. Ensures that goals and objectives are being executed and met accordingly.
  • Research and Compliance Support: Support the research process by proofreading academic papers, reports, presentations, and grant materials. Organize references using citation tools. Track compliance requirements such as IRB submissions and data use agreements.
  • Conduct various analyses, reports and research based on specialized procedures outlined by the PI; Prepares studies and reports based on PI findings.
  • Administrative support: Oversee essential administrative functions, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and processing reimbursements. Assist with e-mail communication, document organization, and maintaining up-to-date materials for research grants. Provide general support to the Principal Investigator to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Shift

M-F, 8am-5pm

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

  • Graduate degree
Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $26.00 - $28.00 hourly
