Our Company The Opportunity Adobe is seeking a dynamic and strategic finance leader to drive the Creative Cloud for Business FP&A team. You'll partner with VP- and GM-level leadership across Finance, Product Marketing, Product, and GTM to shape strategic direction, align cross-functional investment priorities, and drive executive-level decision-making. Your work will directly influence Adobe's growth strategy and help craft the future of creativity in the B2B space. You'll bring deep financial experience and strong cross-functional partnership to a business that spans multiple go-to-market channels (Enterprise, Field Sales, etc.), and monetization models. If you're motivated by tackling complex financial challenges, driving scalable processes, and influencing executive-level decision-making, this is the opportunity to make an outsized impact. This role leads a high-impact team of 8, including two Senior Managers, and oversees financial strategy for Adobe's Creative Cloud across product finance, go-to-market alignment, and business model innovation. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $148,500 -- $295,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
