Security Clearance Requirement: Top Secret

As the Top Secret Infrastructure (TSI) Program Integrator, you will support NAVAIR's Airborne Strategic Command, Control, and Communications Program Office (PMA-271) in the development, integration, and certification of a Top Secret collateral network across various DoD facilities and industry partner sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide program, project, and technical management support to the TSI Team in developing a new Top Secret (TS) network.
  • Define, analyze, and integrate technical requirements for facility systems.
  • Lead weekly team meetings, industry partner calls, and coordinate with the Digital Analytics Infrastructure and Technology Advancement (DAiTA) Group and Digital Network and Applications (DNA) Department.
  • Collaborate with Site Systems Security Offices and NAVAIR Cyber to define requirements and solutions for TS infrastructure certification, ensuring Authority to Operate (ATO) approval.
  • Monitor and report status of sites receiving TS infrastructure equipment to achieve ATO.
  • Facilitate meetings, record minutes, track schedules, and support engineering risk management.
  • Review and assess documentation for TS network establishment.
  • Coordinate technical development, scheduling, integration, and testing activities.
  • Participate in technical interchange meetings, site planning events, Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETRs), and Program Management Reviews (PMRs).

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical area of study is required.
  • Must have at least 10 years of program/project/technical management experience, preferably in a DoD or classified network environments.
  • Experience developing, integrating, and certifying secure network infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of DoD Authority to Operate (ATO) processes, cybersecurity requirements, and site security coordination.
  • Ability to define, analyze, and integrate technical requirements into facility systems.

  • This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Top Secret clearance. Selected candidate will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Salary Range:

  • The estimated salary range for this position will be $150,000 - $165,000 annually, based on an individual's level of experience and skill set. It is our goal at ASEC to provide equitable compensation to all employees.
