Summary:

A Senior Product Manager in this area is responsible for the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for clinical data summarization and/or ambient listening products, likely leveraging AI and machine learning

This role involves understanding customer needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements to define and prioritize use cases.

The Sr. Product Manager will work closely with engineering, data science, and clinical teams to deliver high-quality solutions that improve healthcare outcomes and clinician efficiency by streamlining clinical workflows, improving data accuracy, and reducing administrative burden for healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for AI-powered solutions in clinical data summarization or ambient listening, aligning with business objectives and customer needs
  • Requirements Gathering & Prioritization: Gather and synthesize customer feedback, user stories, and requirements from a wide range of stakeholders, including healthcare providers and internal teams. Translate complex customer needs into clear and actionable product features
  • AI Integration & Model Development: Work closely with data and AI engineers to define AI use cases, build and deploy AI models, and continuously improve model accuracy and performance. Ensure that AI models and algorithms are effectively integrated into the product and meet performance, accuracy, and scalability standards
  • Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: Regularly assess market trends, customer feedback, and competitive offerings to inform product strategy and innovation. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay on top of trends in RCM, AI technology, and healthcare industry regulations
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration across departments to ensure smooth execution of product development and delivery

Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Clinical teams to define and prioritize product requirements, develop roadmaps, manage key deliverables, and maintain high-quality standards throughout the product lifecycle and across a portfolio of products.

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Lead all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction, by developing products to meet specific customer needs and achieve specific cost and success outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or related technical role, taking technical products from conception to launch
  • Agile Experience: 3+ years Agile experience
  • Clinical Data or Healthcare Data: 3+ years' experience working with Clinical Data or Healthcare Data
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and applications in healthcare
  • Experience with healthcare IT systems and technologies
  • Domain Knowledge: Knowledge of healthcare privacy concepts related to HIPAA and data safeguards, and understanding of healthcare coding concepts
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Bonus/Desired Skills:

  • Experience with ambient listening technology and its application in healthcare
  • Experience with clinical data management systems
  • Familiarity with cloud-native AI infrastructure
  • Experience in designing and deploying generative and agentic AI solutions within clinical development workflows

The Salary Range for the role is $100,100.00-$158,000.00 per year.
