Position: Packaging Engineer

Location: Irving, TX (Onsite)

Type: Fulltime

Salary Range: $95K - $105K (Depend upon experiene)

Job duties:



  1. Perform packaging gap assessments for Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) project.
  2. Responsible for planning and conducting offshore transition & training sessions.
  3. Undergo the primary knowledge transfer of packaging components and successively train the offshore team.
  4. Support packaging validation and qualification efforts for packaging projects, including IQ/OQ/PQ documentation and execution.
  5. Work collaboratively with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Tech services teams to resolve issues and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  6. Support qualification of new or modified packaging components due to Engineering changes or Supply chain needs.
  7. Support LCM (Life cycle management) Design control team by providing required documentation related to packaging components.
  8. Proactively participating within teams to include inputs of packaging items to broader project plan, identification of risks, mitigations, and solutions to ensure success of achieving overall project goals.
  9. Documentation and maintenance of the packaging procedures.
  10. Creation of packaging drawing, and vendor follow-ups. Responsible for tracking and maintaining Deliverables.
  11. Responsible to create & release of CO/s for all LCM/ Labeling and packaging projects.
