The primary responsibility of the Manager - Global Business Processes is standardizing and optimizing Freight Forwarding Air, Ocean, Road, Rail and Brokerage Freight processes across the world and supporting the operational transformation to CargoWise One and ongoing continuous improvements. *Developing, implementing and governing the Business Process Excellence framework, methodology and quality standards working closely with operations, product, sales, training, finance and regulatory teams to ensure holistic definition of processes. *Leading and mentoring team members and colleagues in analyzing, designing, documenting and implementing end to end process standardization & process efficiency, documenting standards, establishing key performance metrics for processes and instilling monitoring and audit practices and driving continuous improvement. *Supporting implementation of the CargoWise One system and application across regions and countries aligning processes to global standards, gathering business requirements gaps, driving change management to support migration to global standards, defining and supporting test scripts and support UAT testing, training superusers on processes and system and supporting successful deployment with Global Subject matter expertise in operational processes *Leads global process owners and provides subject matter expert in CargoWise One and ensuring global processes leverage full use of the software as part of roll out of new IT solutions and/or IT enhancements into the countries. *Works with the regional deployment teams, countries and branches to identify, prioritize and drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, digitalization, systems developments, and ensure compliance to the standards by users. *Defines best practice and promote consistency across the globe, collaborates with overseas to ensure processes and systems improvements with focus on end-to-end efficiencies *Participating in strategic decisions or management bodies of functions/internal business units globally regarding process changes and optimization as well as well as digitization and customer solutions regarding process automation (e.g. changes in strategy, IT systems, organization, etc.) *Manage change through the application of change management tools in collaboration with the global engineering and operational excellence teams including governing process control board. *Training and coaching of standards in the area of process management and process improvement including driving innovation and development of process tools and methods and ensuring toolsets and standards are fully adopted globally *The role reports to the Managing director - Global Integrations PRINCIPLE DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and work on implementation of complex projects and process improvement initiatives (process improvement, efficiency and effectiveness driven projects, automation implementations)

Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law.
