Overview:

• They are looking for a Candidate who can Automate Customer Survey Data.
• They are looking for a Lead Analyst for the Product team.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in SQL for Data Modeling.
• Experience in data modeling and interpreting how to build sustainable database structures.
• Familiarity with Redshift and AWS is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Ability to work with multiple technical teams (e.g., architects, developers) and translate business requirements for execution.
• Strong communication skills and proactive engagement across teams.
• Must be curious, independently motivated, and able to escalate issues when necessary.

Team Structure:

• The immediate team includes a product owner, four developers, and a lead analyst.
• The team currently works on various product efforts.
• Industry: No specific industry preference; experience with FinTech is not required.

Timeline:

• The hiring process is urgent due to a recent candidate backing out.
• The position will start as a Contractor (CW) with the potential to convert to a Full-Time Employee (FTE).
• The second round of interviews will focus on technical skills and personality fit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Hands-on data analysis and SSRS development.
• Translating business requirements into data models.
• Long-term: Transitioning into Product Owner role.
