Distribution National Account Director
What you will be doing: As the Continuum of Care (CoC) Distribution National Account Manager, you will spearhead sales initiatives and business development efforts to acquire strategic new members and expand our market presence across diverse classes of trade in the non-acute space. You will build and strengthen relationships with VPs and Area Sales Managers within the distribution segment of the CoC business, ensuring alignment and collaboration on key growth objectives. Working closely with the Senior Director of Distribution & Growth Programs and the Distribution GPO National Account teams (external), you will help shape and execute commercial strategies that drive the adoption of competitive distribution solutions throughout the CoC market. This role focuses on sales and account management, with the primary goal of increasing admin fee revenue through innovative distribution programs and solutions. Key Responsibilities Account Management & Sales Enablement - 50%
Develop and execute a territory plan to identify, target, and secure large strategic accounts through in-person sales pitches and relationship-building. Enable distribution field sales teams by attending team meetings and key training events to educate the audience on selling the value of Premier Engage with key distribution partners to align commercial strategies and ensure that Premier is the primary partner leveraged in any new business opportunity. Navigate internal and external matrixed organizations to make Premier "easy to do business with" Manage and nurture relationships with the company's top strategic accounts, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
Strategy & Program Management - 25%
Proactively identify areas of opportunity and enable execution across distribution field sales teams Understand and articulate Premier's core differentiation and value-added services that help differentiate our distribution partners Develop class of trade (COT) specific strategies and playbooks that enable distribution sales teams to sell the value of Premier Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence and generate leads
Administrative - 20%
Access various internal and external data sources to provide insights and reporting to distribution partner leaders Act as the single point of contact for Premier CoC and simplify organizational complexity for distribution field sales leaders and teams Audit strategy and program performance and log growth opportunities in CRM
Supplier Coordination - 5%
Coordinate closely with dedicated Premier operations resources at major distribution partners to action the insights provided by opportunity analysis Identify portfolio gaps by COT Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development
Required Qualifications Work Experience: Years of Applicable Experience - 7 or more years
Education: Bachelors (Required)

Travel Requirements: Travel 41-60% within the US

Premier's compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier's internal salary range for this role is $113,000 - $188,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
