Job Description

This position is critical when securing multiple TIP projects from the same large corporations such as Boeing, Caterpillars etc. by serving as a project recruiter, TIP faculty advisor and even corporate student recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Pipeline Development: Proactively identify and cultivate 8-12 qualified corporate prospects quarterly, focusing on the manufacturing, aerospace, defense, and technology sectors
  • Relationship Management: Serve as a dedicated relationship manager for 3-5 major industry partners, ensuring high satisfaction and an 80%+ renewal rate for existing partnerships
  • Revenue Generation: Drive annual partnership investments, targeting $150,000-$250,000 through strategic relationship building and compelling value propositions
  • Network Leverage: Utilize existing industry connections, particularly within aerospace manufacturing, to accelerate the development of new partnerships
  • Proposal Development: Contribute to the creation of tailored proposals and conduct diligent follow-up to secure new projects
  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal Kummer College and S&T stakeholders, including faculty and staff, and provide regular reporting on partnership activities and progress
  • Industry Engagement: Participate in relevant industry events as needed to foster networking and identify new opportunities
Shift

August 1st, 2025 to December 31st, 2025 with the option for extension into 2026 for another 6 months. Maximum 10 hours per week.

Anticipated Hiring Range

The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $60.00 hourly.

Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
