The hours for this position are:

Monday - Friday: 11:45 AM - 5:15 PM(Preferred)

Potential schedule flexibility is available for the ideal candidate.

Role

Open new accounts and process paperwork associated with funding Indirect loans. Ensures loan packets comply with the loan approval and are in compliance with all applicable regulations.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities



  • Exemplifies the core values of CAMPUS while supporting our strategic priorities for members, employees, and community. Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Ensure dealer funding packets contain all required documentation
  • Ensure loan contracts and other paperwork comply with applicable regulation
  • Open new accounts for new Indirect members
  • Review loan applications and confirm the contract complies with the approval
  • Process the final funding of loans
  • Send the new member all required follow-up documents: payment booklets, first payment letter, disclosures, etc.
  • Able to close a high volume of loans, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment


Qualifications

Education



  • High School Diploma or GED required



Experience



  • 0 - 1 year of general experience
