POSITION SUMMARY: The Vice President, Client Partner Executive is a critical role supporting Accuity's largest health system clients. The VP, Client Partner holds responsibility for assigned client satisfaction, meeting contractual obligations, value creation, providing strategic leadership and operational guidance to Accuity operations leaders. They will be expected to leverage Accuity resources to identify and execute on performance improvement opportunities, serving as a peer and trusted advisor to client C-suite leadership. Given the importance of the assigned client(s), this is a key leadership role with high visibility and impact both on the client(s) and Accuity overall. The VP, Client Partner will be a dynamic leader who will bring a unique mix of consulting and revenue cycle expertise that inspires confidence with the client and Accuity. They will understand the importance of the role and think proactively about strengthening the client relationships at highly matrixed organizations, top to bottom. Building credibility and driving performance for the client is the top priority. Performance will be measured on account revenue retention and incremental revenue growth within the client. Additionally, client satisfaction will be measured yearly via net promoter scores (NPS) and client readiness for references. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
