Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Graphic Account Manager to support our production team in preparing customer artwork for internal use. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a Mac-based environment and has a passion for design and print production. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Adobe Illustrator or similar design software and will assist in creating internal files, generating separations, and developing films for production. Key Responsibilities: Convert customer-supplied artwork into production-ready files using Adobe Illustrator or equivalent software. Create color separations and prepare files for printing and film development. Operate film plotting and development equipment to produce high-quality output. Maintain organized digital and physical archives of artwork and film materials. Collaborate with the production team to ensure artwork meets technical specifications. Troubleshoot basic design and file issues and make necessary adjustments. Assist with other design or production-related tasks as needed. Qualifications: Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or similar graphic design software. Comfortable working in a Mac OS environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical guidelines. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Previous experience in a print production or graphic design setting is a plus, but not required.
