Lead Installer - TEKsystems' Client \| Nashville, TN TEKsystems' client is seeking experienced Lead Installers to support major upcoming projects across the Nashville market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering high-quality low-voltage installations. As a Lead Installer, you'll be responsible for: * Interpreting blueprints and laying out structured cabling systems. * Installing cable pathways and pulling Cat6, voice, data, and CCTV cabling in large commercial buildings. * Leading a team of helpers, solving on-site challenges, and ensuring project timelines are met. * Installing and terminating low-voltage hardware (no programming required). Top Skills & Experience * Must-Have Technical Skills: * Cat6, Voice/Data Cabling, CCTV, Punchdown, Cable Installation & Termination, Low Voltage, Access Control. * Professional Traits: * Dependable and committed to a full 40-hour work week. * Takes pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail. * Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Experience Level Expert Level - This role is best suited for seasoned installers who can hit the ground running and lead by example. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
