What You'll Be Doing * Process vehicle titles in accordance with state and DMV guidelines * Prepare and update loan documentation and records * Communicate with third-party partners to resolve title or product claim issues * Support internal teams via email and Microsoft Teams with title-related problem solving * Sort, review, and route incoming mail to the appropriate departments * Deliver outstanding service and contribute to a positive member experience * Meet and exceed service level expectations What You Bring to the Table Must-Haves: At least 6 months of experience in titles and registration (credit union, dealership, or currency exchange) Strong administrative and clerical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office High School Diploma or GED Nice-to-Haves: Experience in financial services or credit unions Familiarity with Symitar, Salesforce, TruStage, Accelerant, or LifeCycle College education Top Skills You'll Use Daily * Title Processing * Administrative Support * Loan Documentation * Data Entry * Microsoft Office * Customer Service Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
