Auria is looking to hire a
System Integration Engineer to support the Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) program. This role is ONSITE in Colorado Springs, CO (Schriever Space Force Base).
The Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program integrates the Missile Defense System. It is a vital operational system that enables the U.S. president, secretary of defense, and combatant commanders at strategic, regional, and operational levels to systematically plan ballistic missile defense operations, to see the battle develop collectively, and to dynamically manage designated networked sensors and weapons systems to achieve global and regional mission objectives. C2BMC is the force multiplier that globally and regionally networks integrate, synchronizing autonomous sensor and weapon systems and operations to optimize performance. This program is integral to all system ground and flight tests, which verify and exercise all current and future missile defense system capabilities.
Integrate C2BMC software into the C2BMC test suites at the MDIOC, mainly on Virtual servers; develop site- and event-specific configurations to support testing, war games, and exercise scenarios. Operate and troubleshoot C2BMC systems during test events. Collaborate with external National Team (CLAW) personnel to resolve test lab issues, and work closely with C2BMC Operations and Sustainment, as well as Level II support staff, to address installation and processing problems.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:
- Create and modify scripts to extract specific information from log files, perform data analysis of input, internal, and output message data, and troubleshoot both test and operational issues
- Document test results and prepare test status reports

- Assist software development personnel with investigating and resolving issues
- Develop troubleshooting procedures and workaround documents
- Develop and execute detailed test plans and procedures to test C2BMC in an integrated environment or to evaluate specific capabilities
- Plan and lead integration tests between C2BMC and external elements and sensors
- Review and provide feedback on system specifications, development, testing, and network documents as needed
- Attend meetings with other C2BMC FAs, customers, and stakeholders, and represent the Integration team
- The position is based in Colorado Springs at the MDIOC but may require multi-week travel to customer sites (e.g., EUCOM, CENTCOM) and contractor sites (e.g., Huntsville, HWY 83)
