Based in Northern, VA, Axiologic Solutions LLC has opportunities for you to become part of our high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key federal clients. We are currently seeking a Communication & Training Project Manager to support the Cyber & Enterprise Operation Division and Enterprise Management Branch's Service Management Office (SMO) in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The candidate must be a strong communicator, have excellent written, presentation, oral communications and interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interface with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages all aspects of the Service Central Communications & Training project activity, organizes and assigns responsibilities to stakeholders and oversees the successful completion of all tasks.

  • Supports the development of materials to assist in educating stakeholders on tools and services.

  • Supports the establishment of a training regimen to inform and educate the community.

  • Develops and maintains adoption schedule and roadmap.

  • Identifies and provides recommendations for issues with agency adoption.

  • Identifies and implements strategies to market and communicate all services.

  • Identifies and implements creative techniques to communicate service offerings progress and status throughout the DIA.

  • Exhibits outgoing and dynamic personality to foster relationships throughout the to promulgate service offerings by using a variety of oral, print and digital communication mechanisms.

  • Collects pertinent information from stakeholders to de-conflict, reconcile, disseminate, and inform the customer.

  • Identifies potential barriers to effective transition and develops mitigation plan(s).

  • Continuously communicates with IC stakeholders and monitors transition of IC agencies.

  • Conducts and oversees outreach activities, representing the SMO and introducing and explaining Service Central to stakeholders, and briefs senior leaders on a regular basis.

  • Collects information from stakeholders to inform, determine, and improve communication.

  • Establishes regular forums and other methods of enabling continuing stakeholder engagement.

  • Share lessons learned and best practices, build relationships with stakeholders, and broker relationships at all levels.

Qualifications:

  • Must have an active/current TS/SCI and CI Poly.

  • 10 years' experience with Six years of experience providing management and technical direction to project personnel.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and/ or experience.

  • Knowledge of communication and marketing processes, practices, methodologies and tools.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong computer skills with high-level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).

  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation Certification (Desired).

  • Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills.

Travel Requirements:

Travel may be required within Washington National Capital Region (NCR) on an as-needed basis for customer or corporate requirements.

Level of Responsibility:

Work includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment concerning matters of administrative/operational needs.

Work Environment:

  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate within a team environment.

  • Ability to type, sitting or standing, to complete work functions for hours at a time; ability to move between sitting, standing, and walking on a frequent basis.

  • This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week on site, Monday through Friday, within the contract hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
