Description Role: This position is responsible for Underwriting and reviewing commercial loans to achieve the lending goals of the Credit Union, originating and administering a portfolio of small equipment loans, lines of credit, credit cards, with the overall objective of maintaining credit quality, increasing profitability, and producing loan and deposit growth. Attend to the needs of commercial members to meet Blaze's core purpose of improving lives. Contribute to the team effort by performing other job-related duties as needed. Work Type: Hybrid eligible - must work in office 3 days per week including Monday & Friday. Major Duties and Responsibilities Underwriting for other Commercial Lenders Underwrite commercial loans for extensions of credit review existing loans and maintain a prudent portfolio to achieve business lending goals.
Sales and Portfolio Management
Perform other duties as assigned to support effective department operations.
Assist in refining the current lending system to create a prudent, streamlined lending system that accurately assesses risk, works effectively and maintains compliance with all NCUA rules and regulations.
Assist Commercial Lending Management to develop and maintain portfolio through monitoring reports and procedures to meet department performance expectations.
Organize, coordinate and process business loan requests.

Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on your experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity considerations. The salary range for this position is: $66,192.04-$85,000. This range reflects the base salary for this position. We have other benefits associated with this position which include: low-cost medical (as low as $20 a paycheck), dental insurance, vision insurance, quarterly bonuses, generous vacation and sick time hours, paid leave options, up to 6% 401k contribution, and tuition reimbursement. |
