Description

This is a Hybrid position that includes working 3-days per week in our Owatonna facility and remote 2-days. Ideal candidates will live within a 50-mile radius of our Owatonna facility. Additional considerations may be afforded to candidates that reside outside of a 50-mile radius from our Owatonna facility.

Wenger Corporation is seeking an Installation Coordinator to join our team. As a Installation Coordinator you will be responsible to provide estimating, scheduling, coordination, and support for the installation team that will result in the efficient use of resources in meeting the customer's requirements for the delivery and installation of Wenger products.

At a minimum, you'll need:



  • Bachelor's degree or (3) three years' work experience related to construction, working with contractors, and job schedules in lieu of a degree
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience with intermediate to advanced Excel skills



It'd be great if you also have:



  • Ability to read CAD prints



What you will do on a typical day:



  • Establish standards to generate accurate quoting estimates through observation and timings
  • Provide internal customers with accurate, cost-effective price quotations for transportation and installation services in a timely manner
  • Maintain and organize information required for projects by state and federal regulatory agencies
  • Review Installation Reporting and determine need for follow-up and issue resolution with customer to ensure the highest possible level of customer satisfaction
  • Provide safety data, information, and program information to meet customer site requirements
  • Maintains various types of department records that will promote a more efficient operation and make recommendations for improvement in same
  • Process 3rd party invoices and evaluate profitability by job to assess improvement opportunity
  • Report and analyze financial data on a per job basis and articulate areas of improvement/focus
  • Work in multiple systems to evaluate metrics and create reporting that describes the business
