Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work in a hybrid environment for our client in Irvine, CA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• The overall objective of the position is to work closely with the Freight Manager, Compliance Officer, and others, assign duties and projects, and, not limited to, utilize SAP, inspect Receiving and shipping paperwork, analyze and input data in Excel, gather data, scan paperwork, and present or discuss the duties related to the projects on teams or in person.
• Review Data within SAP
• Inspect and verify shipping & receiving paperwork, invoices, and packing slips
• Input and analyze data in Excel
• Assist the Compliance Officer and Freight Manager with various tasks as needed
• Conduct meetings in person or online
• Other duties as assigned by Team leaders

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $22.50/ hr

Hours: 40 hrs / Week (1^st shift)

Length: Temp (6 months)

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics.
• Minimum 2 years of ERP experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience using Excel and Word.
• Minimum 2 years of Excel experience in Pivots and VLookup.

Preferred Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of SAP experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Excel.
• Minimum 2 years of shipping & receiving experience.
• Organizational skills
• Planning skills

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
