Life Takes You Places! Are you ready to join us? The starting base salary range for the Supervisor- SLD Group Underwriting $63,000 to $90,000. Actual salaries will vary by geographic location and are based on factors such as candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, competencies, and company tenure & equity. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance and individual performance. Supervisor - Group Underwriting Overview The Supervisor Group Underwriting oversees a team of Underwriters who conduct risk assessment and selection for various insurance products, including Supplemental, Life and Disability, and Worksite products. This role involves supervising, establishing and enforcing underwriting standards and guidelines and ensuring accurate verification and documentation of applicant information. The Supervisor assists staff with underwriting problems, monitors and evaluates Underwriter performance, and makes determinations on large or complex applications. Essential Duties:
