The Recreation Supervisor - Marketing works closely with Milwaukee Recreation's marketing team to maintain effective two-way communication with all internal and external stakeholders. The marketing team functions as a full-service, in-house public relations & advertising agency. As such, the department's entire staff relies on the marketing team to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information. The successful candidate will be a service-driven self-starter who is accustomed to a fast-paced agency environment where high-quality creative work is developed both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues. This position focuses on the coordination and production of graphic designs (50%) and photography/video production (40%). The remaining work will support social media, public relations, and community engagement (10%). The position requires general knowledge of marketing principles and practices with a primary emphasis on visual & multimedia communications (design, photography, and videography). This position will support all marketing initiatives for Milwaukee Recreation and the Milwaukee City Conference (MCC). Salary Range: $64,538 - $92,688 How To Apply
