Position Title: Bilingual Human Resources Manager

Wage: Based on Experience

A Bilingual Human Resources Manager position in New Berlin, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role is responsible for coordinating daily functions of Human Resources including recruiting, compensation, payroll, benefits, administrating HR policies and programs, employee relations, training and development, and safety. This is a full-time, direct hire, fully onsite position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

HR Manager job responsibilities include:

- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Processes weekly payroll, manages 401(k) reporting, oversees open enrollment, and supports benefit procurement and audits

- Recruitment & Onboarding: Leads hiring efforts for all positions, develops job postings, and conducts new hire orientation and training

- Employee Relations & Compliance: Supports management in resolving employee issues, ensures adherence to policies, and maintains compliance with labor laws and audits

- Policy & Procedure Management: Develops and implements HR policies, maintains the employee handbook, and ensures up-to-date job descriptions

- Performance & Compensation Programs: Administers performance reviews and salary programs, and participates in compensation benchmarking and surveys

- Records & Safety Management: Maintains accurate employee records, collaborates on workplace safety initiatives, and supports health and safety compliance

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bilingual in English and Spanish required

- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field required, SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus

- At least five years of broad human resources work experience is required, preferably in manufacturing

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills needed

- Experience with employee safety activities and training in a manufacturing environment highly preferred
