Key Responsibilities: - Set up and maintain transfer lines, VT19, and strip feeds - Troubleshoot and repair automated machinery - Perform die maintenance and cleaning - Read and interpret work orders and blueprints - Inspect machine components and identify repair needs - Clean and reassemble machines as part of routine maintenance - Record machine maintenance and repair logs - Assist operators and issue job duties as needed Preferred Qualifications: - Electro-mechanical or engineering experience preferred - Experience using CMMS software - Background in tool and die or fabrication maintenance - Skilled in machine troubleshooting and operation - Ability to read precision drawings and use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, rulers, height gauges) - Strong mechanical and analytical problem-solving skills - Understanding of machinery design, repair, and operation IND044 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
