Position Title: Packaging Wage: $15.00/Hour Shift: 1st Shift Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Reached a dead end at your current job? Check out how this position can create a new path! Packaging Responsibilities: - Perform a number of varied jobs associated with the making and packaging of candy products - Perform tasks at a continual and regular speed in accordance with general line production speed - Package candy, operate tape machine and palletize boxes - Follow company guidelines, rules, safety, FDA, and GMP policies and procedures - Demonstrate commitment to food safety and continuous improvement - Maintain clean work area and monitor product for quality issues Requirements for Packaging: - Able to stand for duration of shift - Able to regularly lift and/move up to 10 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 lbs. regularly - Able to add and subtract 2 digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's - Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
