SUMMARY


Responsible for tribal member care concerns as well as facilitate access to outpatient or inpatient treatment as requested. This individual will need to be knowledgeable in the healthcare delivery system as well as how insurance carriers and providers coordinate care. This is a white glove/VIP service provided to our valued tribal members that are essentially the owners of the enterprises they manage. Explores non-insurance related solutions based on the membership needs to expand the Alliant/Tribal First product offerings.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


* Develop non-insurance solutions that enhance our client offerings
* Work on non-insurance medical solutions for all Tribal Care accounts
* Provide premium services to existing Tribal Care accounts on an as needed basis
* Acts as the client trusted advisor providing support, guidance, and technical expertise to leverage the organization's products or services to achieve their business objectives.
* Provide client training and onboarding to facilitate smooth adoption and build a strong customer relationship foundation.
* Identify client needs and challenges and utilizes extensive knowledge and problem-solving skills to develop solutions and resolve concerns.
* Coordinate with internal teams to develop resources, solutions, and tools to improve customer experience, engagement, and outcomes.
* Deliver feedback and advocates for solutions, product enhancements, and other actions to meet the needs of customers and ensure satisfaction and retention
* Performs all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates.
* Performs other duties as assigned.



QUALIFICATIONS


EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE


Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
Seven (7) or more years related work experience



SKILLS


Proven verbal and written communication skills
Proven customer service skills, including telephone and listening skills
Proven problem solving and time management skills
Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork
Ability to prioritize work for multiple projects and deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Must be patient, compassionate and thoughtful.
