JOB TITLE: Service Specialist- Physical Medicine Outpatient

JOB SUMMARY:

A service specialist performs general office tasks - including the pre-registration, registration, and scheduling of patients, manages multiline phone lines, and greets/checks in patients. The SS serves as a central communicator for the office by communicating between and with therapists, physician offices, and patients. Gym tech duties are part of this position. These duties include assisting the therapists with patient care, cleaning of treatment area, supply inventory, and maintaining modality temperature records.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred

1 Year Related Experience Preferred
