Primary Purpose: Norfolk Southern Corporation is currently seeking a Data Visualization PPM Administrator responsible for maintaining IT PMO system landscape including PPM tool administrator and reporting. This includes performing PPM application administrator functions, serving as the lead contact with the software vendor, supporting PPM end-users and producing project portfolio reports. The role requires strong technical capabilities in addition to functional capabilities. This role is responsible for building and deploying visual products which can include performance management tools, self-service reports, exception-based dashboards, and automated insights within PMO. This position is an expert in data storytelling and dashboarding solutions that help operationalize analytical insights to drive performance with PMO. This position will work with key stakeholders across IT, NS business stakeholders and 3rd party partners to understand data requirements for reports, driving knowledge into action and support data driven decision making. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive to learn the business outcomes expected to inform how to create a data visualization narrative. Principal Duties
