Document Processor - Entry Level Location: Palm harbor, FL Schedule: First Shift About the Role: We're hiring Document Processors to join a fast-paced, high-volume team handling secure loan files. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy repetitive tasks and thrive in structured environments. Responsibilities: * Receive and process incoming files and documents * Reconcile contents against provided manifests * Prep documents for scanning and manage post-scan processing * Remove staples, organize paperwork, and verify key information * Maintain speed and accuracy while performing repetitive tasks * Fold and stuff documents as needed * Track performance using KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) * Perform other duties as assigned Work Environment: * Office setting with a warehouse-style vault containing rows of boxed files * Standing and sitting required throughout the day * Team of 52 staff, including 24-28 processors * Work is stationary and repetitive, requiring strong attention to detail * Plenty of parking and nearby restaurants Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
