The Department of Physics at Columbia University invites applications for a full-time Lecturer in Discipline for the Fall 2025 semester. Responsibilities will include leading multiple sections and grading for introductory physics laboratory courses. There may also be opportunities to lead recitations and grade for undergraduate lecture courses. There will be opportunities to contribute to the culture and evolution of the undergraduate program in physics. Minimum Degree Required: Ph.D. in Physics or related field. Minimum Qualifications: Ph.D. by time of appointment. Teaching experience and interest and ability related to undergraduate physics instructional laboratories preferred.
