The IT Support Consultant provides hands-on technical support to Relias employees, ensuring effective use of IT systems. This role is a critical part of the IT Helpdesk team, delivering first-level support, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to IT projects.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:



  • Delivering first-level IT support for hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
  • Supporting video conferencing solutions (WebEx, Teams, Zoom) and maintain meeting room equipment.
  • Maintaining inventory of IT equipment, software, and licenses.
  • Assisting in onboarding new employees, ensuring smooth IT setup.
  • Updating and maintaining accurate technical documentation.
  • Collaborating on team projects, including IT infrastructure upgrades.
  • Performing vulnerability/malware remediation and anti-virus management.



YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE/ARE:



  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory Administration
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Strong drive and work ethic to complete tasks on time
  • Networking Basics
  • Ability to troubleshoot and configure meeting room equipment (WebEx and Teams)
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • 2+ years experience in a desktop service or helpdesk role
  • 1+ years of experience with Audio Visual support (WebEx, Teams, Zoom)
  • Associate's degree
