General Purpose and Scope of Position: The Territory Manager is responsible for driving the adoption and sales of Wilbur-Ellis branded products within their assigned region. This role supports the alignment of regional sales efforts with corporate brand strategy by promoting data-backed solutions that deliver measurable value to growers. Working in close collaboration with the Branded Products, Strategic Marketing, and Sales teams, the Territory Manager helps create and execute marketing programs, delivers sales training and support, and ensures consistent communication across internal and external stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong agronomic expertise, a deep understanding of crop nutrition and fertilizer solutions, and the ability to coach, motivate, and influence others.
