Posted Date: Aug 28 2025 Job Summary: The Director, Generative AI Integration Lead in the Global Scientific Communications organization will be responsible for building and implementing AI-powered scientific communication strategies in collaboration with Medical, Digital, and cross-functional teams. This role ensures that AI-driven approaches enhance Integrated Medical Communication Plan (IMCP) strategies, improve content creation, and optimize omnichannel delivery. The AI Integration Director bridges dialogue across functions to transform medical engagement through AI technologies. This role will develop AI strategies aligned with business objectives, manage AI projects from inception through execution, and ensure adherence to high quality standards. This will require leading programs to build AI proficiencies across scientific communications, driving initiatives focused on ensuring quality, and collaborating across stakeholders to establish governance frameworks for responsible AI use. The annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $187,275 to $312,125 taking into account a number of factors including work location within the US market, the candidate's skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role.
