Receiving Clerk

• Receiving and verifying incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Coordinating inspection, sorting, and proper storage of materials
• Preparing shipping documents like packing lists and bills of lading
• Supporting inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical checks
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Communicating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Identifying ways to make receiving more efficient and error-free

• A high school diploma (preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or a similar environment
• Strong Excel skills (filtering, XLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Experience receiving materials and resolving discrepancies
• A team-first attitude and strong communication skills

• Familiarity with AS/400 systems
• Experience handling hazardous materials (if applicable)
• A passion for continuous improvement and safety
