The Managing Director of NPM Creative leads a collaborative team of innovators that builds custom sponsorship activations, tells the stories of NPR's most high-value brand partners and manages sponsorship product integrations across NPR's digital platforms. This executive role will drive revenue growth by partnering with teams across NPM and NPR to create new sponsorship opportunities and evangelize the team's high-caliber creative work. This person will lead and collaborate with the sales teams on pitches and build relationships with creative leads at agencies and brands. The NPM Creative team is the creative and product development team within NPM, managing a broad range of products and responsibilities. This team produces custom audio and visual creative for brands, conducts and analyzes creative research, and manages ad tech integrations on NPR.org, the NPR App and NPR's newsletters. The team approaches all of its work with mindful attention to NPR's ethics and values and prioritizes transparency and accuracy in its content creation. As a manager, this role should serve as a coach and advocate for a high-performing team with extensive experience. They should be collaborative and open to feedback, while providing clear direction and goals for the team. Responsibilities

Compensation Salary Range: The U.S.-based anticipated salary rate for this opportunity is $140,000 plus benefits. The rate displayed reflects the maximum salary NPM expects to provide for new hires for the position across all US locations. Benefits: NPM offers access to comprehensive benefits for employees and dependents. Regular, full-time employees scheduled to work 30 hours or more per week are eligible to enroll in NPM's benefits options. Benefits include access to health and wellness, paid time off, and financial well-being.
