Georgia State University is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Research Coordinator I to join the Educational Policy Studies (EPS) department within the College of Education & Human Development (CEHD). This is a full time sponsored-funded position, focused on the program evaluation and reporting of the PREP program.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

The main objective of this role is to provide comprehensive program evaluation and reporting for the GA PREP program.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:



  • Designing and implementing program evaluation methodologies.
  • Collecting and managing quantitative and qualitative program data.
  • Conducting rigorous data analysis.
  • Preparing clear, concise, and impactful monthly and annual program evaluation reports.
  • Collaborating with program stakeholders to ensure effective evaluation processes.

***This is a regular, full-time position which involves on-campus and online duties, with job continuation dependent upon grant funding.

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements:



  • Bachelors degree in the assigned research area; or combination of education and experience.


Preferred Requirements:



  • Master's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in program evaluation.
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis techniques.
  • Strong report writing skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
