The Opportunity
We're looking for an Executive Support Specialist to work closely with our CEO, ensuring that his time, tasks, and priorities are effectively managed. This is a highly visible and trusted role that requires exceptional organization, discretion, and communication skills. You'll be a key force behind the scenes-helping orchestrate operations and supporting strategic execution across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced administrative support and assistance to the CEO.
- Manage a dynamic and often complex calendar, using independent judgment to prioritize and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate leadership meetings including agenda creation, material preparation, detailed notetaking, and follow-up on action items.
- Track and manage action items on behalf of the CEO, ensuring progress and accountability.
- Collaborate with leadership to execute company-wide initiatives and support strategic goals.
- Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and documentation; research and compile materials for executive decision-making.
- Promote an environment of trust, discretion, and teamwork across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and related administrative tools.
- Associate degree in Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in executive support or a high-level administrative role.
