Summary: We're looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People Team and lead full-cycle hiring across a wide variety of roles-from AI and tech to finance and commercial. Reporting to the VP of People, you'll act as an advisor to hiring managers, executing equitable, data-informed hiring processes and delivering an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Bamboo's mission to improve lives during pivotal health care moments. This role is ideal for someone who is AI-curious, thrives at the intersection of technology and human connection, and is eager to experiment with smarter, more scalable approaches to recruiting. While primarily focused on U.S.-based hiring, there will be opportunities to support international growth, including recruitment in Poland, as our needs evolve. What You'll Do:
- Serve as a key member of the People Team, with a primary focus on supporting the hiring needs of the business through effective, strategic, and inclusive recruiting practices-and collaborating with the VP of People on talent branding efforts to strengthen our presence in the market.
- Own and manage full cycle recruiting for a wide variety of roles, including technical, AI, operational, and commercial functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to scope role requirements, align on processes, and move candidates thoughtfully through the funnel.
- Source candidates using a range of methods including direct outreach, Boolean search, referrals, job boards, and creative channels.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition data in Rippling Recruiter (our ATS).
- Share updates and insights with the People Team and hiring managers to support alignment, forecasting, and process improvement.
- Leverage hiring data-such as time to fill and candidate conversion metrics-and candidate insights to iterate on sourcing strategies and improve outcomes.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that elevate the candidate experience and hiring practices across the company.
- Stay current on emerging AI trends in talent acquisition, and recommend tools and approaches that enhance efficiency, reach, and impact.
- Navigate the complexities of remote-first recruiting by applying appropriate validation methods to confirm candidate authenticity and engagement in an era of AI-assisted applications.

- Independently manage 4-6 open roles with positive hiring manager feedback.
- Demonstrate fluency with Rippling Recruiter and internal hiring processes.
- Identify and act on at least one opportunity to streamline or simplify a recruiting workflow.
In 6 months...
- Operate as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to multiple hiring teams.
- Strengthen quality-of-hire through effective candidate evaluation and assessment practices.
- Contribute to greater consistency and maturity across our recruiting operations.
In 12 months...
- Continue serving as a trusted advisor and hiring partner across the business.
- Share learnings and help evolve our employer brand, sourcing strategy, or interview framework.
- Provide mentorship or onboarding support to new members of the People Team.
What You Need:
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with exposure to a broad range of functions and levels.
- Demonstrated success recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments (experience in healthcare is a plus).
- Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and platforms (experience with Rippling is a plus).
- Clear communication, strong time management, and the ability to work well with diverse teams across time zones.
- Comfort learning and adopting new tools and processes to improve workflows.
- A people-first approach and a passion for creating thoughtful candidate experiences.
- Comfort using or learning AI-supported tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CoPilot, or role-specific tools) to improve daily workflows.
- A forward-thinking, curious mindset with an openness to experimenting with new technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment, ensuring high-quality virtual interactions with minimal distractions.
- Ability to travel occasionally for team or hiring-related events.
