Position Summary:
The Director of University Counseling Services is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic planning, and management of the university's Counseling Services. This role involves developing and implementing policies and procedures, overseeing clinical and administrative operations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services to the university community. This position oversees and manages personnel, operations, policy, logistics, and strategic planning. The Director of University Counseling Services serves as the primary liaison for the student University Counseling Services (UCS) to the university and surrounding community. The role provides direct counseling and education services to students and consultation to students, faculty, and staff. TheDirector of University Counseling Services ensures staff and programs work collaboratively and effectively with other areas of the university. The salary for this position is $90,000, commensurate with experience. Key Job Responsibilities:
