Pay information



  • Pay Level: 023
  • FLSA Category: Non-exempt - Hourly
  • Individual pay will be based on skills, experience, qualifications, location, internal equity, and other relevant factors.

A day in the life

The Business Solutions Partner is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with business areas and external solutions providers, ensuring their specific needs and expectations are met while delivering in a way that drives the greatest possible value and impact. This role partners with business areas, supporting their processes and technologies, serving as a platform vendor liaison for day-to-day needs, enhancements, delivery, and platform issues.

Your responsibilities will include



  • Engages with business owners to understand divisional priorities to ensure alignment with external solutions providers roadmaps and organizational strategies.
  • Demonstrates a working knowledge of business operations, procedures, technologies, and systems. Remains up to date in business domains and integrations through collaboration with stakeholders and external solutions providers.
  • Analyzes operational and systems problems to identify and understand core issues by visualizing full process. Provides platform/system expertise and organizational knowledge.
  • Communicates effectively and facilitates problem resolution discussions with business stakeholders and external solutions providers to quickly resolve issues. Develops a collaborative working relationship with business stakeholders and external solutions providers.
  • Drives work effort for assigned initiatives contributing suggestions, assisting with implementation of improvements and enhancements, and creating efficiencies across the organization or with the external solutions provider. Adheres to current processes and utilizes tools effectively.
  • Troubleshoots a range of moderate to complex issues daily to support end user development, systems testing performance, and inventory management to maximize capacity.
  • Serves as point of contact for systems integration enhancements with internal divisions and external solutions providers for best optimization.
  • Ensures documentation and data accuracy are up to standards by adhering to consistent, clear, complete, and up-to-date best practices. Adheres to current processes and utilizes tools effectively.
  • Supports the management of ticket processes with external solutions provider and ensures agreed upon processes are aligned and governed appropriately. Requires flexibility with after core business hours and weekend coverage to ensure timely submission of incoming service portal tickets/issues.



What you need to succeed



  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Risk Management, Business, Technology, Project Management or related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience can be substituted.
  • 3 years of business analytics, healthcare, data analysis, insurance, project/program management, risk management, or related experience.
  • Develop, maintain and strengthen effective relationships with others.
  • Be a problem solver with the ability to research, analyze and define methods, practices, and procedures to resolve issues.
  • A strong ability to prioritize and organize work with varying timelines for projects and daily work.



Equivalent combination of education, experience or training determined to be acceptable by Human Resources may be substituted, unless regulated by contract or program standards
