Job Description:

Overview:

The Audit Learning Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and managing comprehensive learning programs for our audit professionals. This role requires a deep understanding of audit processes and strong project management skills. It is critical that this individual understands the impact that technology has on the business and keeps up to date with the evolving skill set that is needed to grow into a leader within the profession.

Additionally, they will ensure compliance with the firm's System of Quality Management for all training related matters.

Responsibilities

  • Design & Development
    Design and develop high-quality training programs aligned to Audit standards and methodologies, in support of the business unit learning strategy.
  • Content Creation
    Build engaging, activitybased learning assets including case studies, simulations, elearning modules, microlearning videos, facilitator guides, and job aids using tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
  • SME Collaboration
    Partner with audit leaders and subject matter experts to translate emerging audit methodologies, regulatory updates, and technology impacts into practical, learnercentered content.
  • Microlearning Governance
    Curate and govern a centralized microlearning library, ensuring content is current, aligned to quality management standards, and accessible.
  • Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
    Design assessments, surveys, and performance dashboards to gather feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and iterate on learning solutions.
  • Change Management & Adoption
    Drive learner engagement through targeted communication plans, pilot programs, and trainthetrainer initiatives to maximize adoption of new learning experiences.
  • Industry Monitoring
    Stay abreast of audit industry trends, technology innovations (data analytics, AI), regulatory changes, and best practices to keep content relevant and forwardlooking.
  • This is primarily a remote role.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of audit experience, with a strong understanding of audit processes and standards.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and SharePoint
  • Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives to deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA or equivalent certification
  • Familiarity with NASBA CPE standards for continuing professional education
  • Proven instructional design experience in a professional services or financial services environment
  • Handson experience with elearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise)

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,500.00 - $191,500.00 per year.
