About the Role As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping the financial direction of First Western. You'll manage forecasting and planning cycles, lead financial modeling and variance analysis, and deliver insights that support strategic decision-making across departments. This role is highly collaborative, requiring both analytical depth and clear communication as you partner with leaders to evaluate trends, identify risks and opportunities, and implement improvements to business processes.
