What You'll Do

  • Operate overhead and straddle cranes safely.
  • Set up and level unit bases using laser levels.
  • Install perimeter angles, walls, roofs, and trim with minimal supervision.
  • Perform finish caulking and follow construction manuals.
  • Verify correct components and complete JRM documentation.
  • Use Shop Floor Viewer and QMS manuals to access drawings and instructions.
  • Maintain productivity and adhere to safety and ethical standards.

What You Bring

  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure -Required
  • At least 6 months of residential or commercial construction experience
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and safety awareness

Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Moderate noise level typical of a construction setting.
  • Regular use of hands, frequent sitting, occasional standing, climbing, kneeling, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).
  • Visual focus and adaptability required.
