What You'll Do
- Operate overhead and straddle cranes safely.
- Set up and level unit bases using laser levels.
- Install perimeter angles, walls, roofs, and trim with minimal supervision.
- Perform finish caulking and follow construction manuals.
- Verify correct components and complete JRM documentation.
- Use Shop Floor Viewer and QMS manuals to access drawings and instructions.
- Maintain productivity and adhere to safety and ethical standards.
What You Bring
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure -Required
- At least 6 months of residential or commercial construction experience
- Ability to read and write in English
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and safety awareness
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Moderate noise level typical of a construction setting.
- Regular use of hands, frequent sitting, occasional standing, climbing, kneeling, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Visual focus and adaptability required.
