The Navy needs our submarines more than ever. We have a large backlog of 16 submarines in various stages of construction and over the next year, contracts for the next blocks of COLUMBIA and VIRGINIA Class submarines will awarded. As we look to increase our volume to one COLUMBIA and two VIRGINIA Class submarines delivered annually, there is both opportunity and need for us to improve our alignment and integration of work planning and execution. This Program Integration directorate will lead the functional areas and COLUMBIA and VIRGINIA Program Office teams' integration on key business objectives including cost and schedule performance, including shaping our future facilities and capture of the next class of submarines. The successful candidate will support the Program Integration Director in these primary areas:
Preparation and delivery of internal and external briefing packages and letters, including both short duration (1 hour) through long-duration (multi-day meeting) briefings and conferences.
