Work Schedule: Per diem. 8-hour day shifts, Monthly weekend requirements also annual holiday requirements. Additional weekday and weekend shifts available as needed. We are seeking a Physical Therapist with acute care experience to: Provide consultative and rehabilitative treatment services to complex patients admitted to University Hospital in acute care settings. Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes and discharge plans. Work within the context of patient- and family- centered care in a primary and specialty care academic medical center. Seek continual learning opportunities to advance one's own practice and educate others.
