Learn more at www.hbhospital.org. Responsibilities This position requires a person who is well organized and demonstrates a high degree of attention to detail. This person is responsible for the supervision of all business office functions and the monitoring of the financial goals of the center. The business office manager must also enforce policies of the Center and is responsible for all financial data. Responsibilities and Expectations: * The daily operation of the facility. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Must be a high school graduate. A bachelor's degree preferred. Must have three to five years supervisory experience in a medical setting such as a hospital, physician's office, or surgery center. Experience working with physicians is desirable. Must have knowledge of medical terminology. Prefer experience in accounts payable and receivable. Minimum three years' experience in Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) operations management. Pay Transparency Huntington Beach Hospital offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $68,640.00 to $96,408.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
