JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The Division of Business, Health, Humanities, and Social Sciences at Penn State Altoona invites applications for a part-time instructor in to teach courses in Nutrition. Teaching opportunities include: NUTR 100 (Nutrition Applications for a Healthy Lifestyle) and/or NUTR 251 (Introductory Principles of Nutrition). Candidates with a B.S. in Nutrition (or closely related field) with RDN credential plus a minimum of 3 years-experience will be considered for NUTR 100, but preference will be given to candidates with an M.S./RDN.

Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until all positions are filled. Part-time teaching is for the 2025-2026 academic year with opportunity for renewal.
