SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting with the successful management of Commercial MRO product lines. Product line management includes developing MRO partner business relationships, product line plans, market analysis, and annual budgets. The Product Line team creates and supports strategic planning efforts, solutions for product line development and implementation of key initiatives, as well as ensuring alignment to contract compliance in order to maximize profitability while meeting market demand and MRO requirements.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Monitor key performance indicators, analyze, and take strategic actions in line with company direction.
- Support promotion of Commercial MRO Product Lines
- Product planning, sourcing, buying management
- Communicate and liaise with internal teams on technical upgrades, SB activity, reliability improvements, modifications of respective products
- Actively expedite late deliveries from suppliers/partners of assigned Product Lines
- Support campaigns for product line growth with outside sales teams and inside/CS teams
- Work cross functionally with Ops and Engineering to manage and report KPI metrics for respective product lines, monitor KPIs
- Execute an aging inventory strategic plan specific to assigned PLs in accordance with company policy to maintain inventory health.
- Produce, analyze and distribute reporting for assigned PLs
- Other duties assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate degree
- 3+ years of relevant/technical work experience.
- An additional 2 years of experience in lieu of degree
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with managing multiple priorities
- Remain calm and productive under pressure, customer-focused and able to foster productive relationships.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Effective time management, able to identify and prioritize tasks necessary to meet long and short-term objectives
- Fluent in English
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace related products
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Bi
- Working knowledge of Component Control Quantum
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
